This Privacy Policy explains how Memolio handles your information. Read it in conjunction with the memolio.com Terms and Conditions, of which this Privacy Policy forms part. Your use of the Memolio site and services indicates that you have read, understand and consent to how memolio.com will store and use information with personally identifiable traits.

- When you visit memolio.com some information is automatically collected, like your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, operating system, browser type, address of a referring web site, preferences of use, the time and date of your visit, and site pages visited.
- You provide us with more specific personal information when you register, use our services, and order a Memolio album. We save standard information such as your user name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and geographic area when you register.

- We may also collect and use information on how you and other people use the Memolio-services. No identifiable personal information is included in this data. This information is used to improve Memolio’s technologies and services. You can opt-out of all marketing research at any time (See Your ability to protect, update or delete information).
- We use cookies in order to improve the quality and speed of our services and to track and gather user preference information. You can reset your browser to refuse cookies if you choose, but keep in mind that refusing cookies will severely impact the functions of the Memolio site.

We will not supply your personal data to a third party for commercial exploitation unless explicitly authorized by you. We do however reserve the right to disclose personal information when it is necessary for memolio.com to:
- Comply with the law (e.g., a lawful subpoena, warrant or court order).
- Enforce or apply this privacy policy or our other policies or agreements.
- Initiate, render, bill, and collect for amounts owed to us.
- Protect our and our users’ rights, property or safety.
- Prevent or protect our users from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the Memolio site.

- All data is stored behind a firewall and further protected by intrusion detection & prevention procedures and programs. Access to your account is password protected and accessible only by you. Memolio does not have access to your password. memolio.com only has access to your account data.
- All information is processed and stored on the Memolio servers, in a secure, controlled facility in the Netherlands.
- In the unlikely event of a security breach memolio.com is in no way liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of that breach.

- You are responsible for the use of any personal information that you voluntarily provide as part of a user profile or in your postings on or to memolio.com.
- We encourage you to think very carefully about what personal information you choose to make publicly available.
- You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and account information. Do not share this information with anyone. Contact us immediately atsupport@memolio.com if you believe someone else knows your password, or has used your password to access your account.

- You can contact us anytime to make changes to, or request that we delete, your personal information.
- You can delete your albums at any time. Visit your ‘My memolios’ page to do so.
- You choose whether to make your Memolio albums public for anyone to access, restrict access to a limited number of people, or keep albums private so only you can access them.
- You can delete your Memolio online albums by selecting the album you wish to delete, then clicking the delete button.
- You can choose to opt-out of having your information used in internal research, marketing and analysis. Contact us at support@memolio.com and we will take care of that for you.

- We will modify this privacy policy periodically in order to keep up to date with technological and legal developments.
- Check back frequently to see if this policy has been updated since your last visit. If it has please read through the changes. The date updates are made is listed in the top left corner of this Policy.
